Canada Water Masterplan
Canada Water will be the first new town centre in London in 50 years. The 53-acre masterplan, a 50:50 joint venture between British Land and AustralianSuper, has a highly flexible planning consent, delivering a new high street and town square, between 2,000 and 4,000 new homes and up to 2m sq ft of workspace. The mixed-use project will create 12 acres of new open space, including a 3.5-acre park, a new Town Square, the first new high street in London for 100 years and 16 new streets.
