To support the new Government in its mission to unlock housing delivery and economic growth, British Land, Landsec and Berkeley Group have partnered with the UK’s leading digital community engagement platform, Commonplace, to better understand what people want to see happen with brownfield land in their area, and what can be done so that they can support it. 

The following summary of our findings and resulting policy recommendations offers an evidence-based roadmap to delivering brownfield development with the support of the community.
