HOW IT WORKs

Stage One: Online Application
Submit your application, including your CV and a 300-word Cover Letter

Stage Two: Online Video Interview
If your online application is successful, you will be invited to do an online video interview on a platform called ICIMS. Here you will be given 3-4 questions to answer in a set amount of time. This will then be reviewed by our Talent team.

Stage Three: Assessment Centre
If you are successful at the video interview stage, then you will be invited to an assessment centre. These typically consist of: two interviews; group exercise and a written task. 

Stage Four: Final Round Interview
If you are successful at the assessment centre, then you will be invited to a final round interview. These typically consist of: numerical test; individual presentation; and interviews with department leads.

If you are successful at the pre-recorded video interview stage, then you will be invited a Teams interview with the Hiring Manager. Here you will be asked some experience questions. 

Know your CV: Be familiar with the content of your CV, including your education, experiences, skills, and achievements. Be prepared to discuss them in detail during the interview.

Research British Land: Take the time to learn about British Land, its values, culture, projects, and any recent news or developments. This will demonstrate your interest and enthusiasm for the company.

Structure your answers using the STAR Technique: When answering interview questions, use the STAR technique (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to provide structured and concise responses that highlight your experiences and skills effectively.

Practice common interview questions: Practice answering common interview questions related to your field of study, experiences, skills, strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. This will help you articulate your thoughts confidently during the interview.

Dress to impress: Dress professionally and appropriately for the interview. Choose attire that reflects the company culture while making a positive impression.

Ask questions: Prepare thoughtful questions to ask the interviewer about the role, company culture, team dynamics, career development opportunities, or any other relevant topics. Asking questions shows your interest in the position and allows you to gather valuable insights.

What is the salary for this role?
